With over 40 Years’ experience in finance, real estate and “C-level management including board positions, Mr. Bogard has concentrated on building companies in the real estate development and building arena, investment vehicles, management consulting, agricultural sectors, medical industry and many other arenas. He is best known for his creativity in starting companies, financing, and marketing strategies. Mr. Bogard was active on the Lindsay Hospital Board as Chairman for over 10years. In addition to acute care, included was a skilled nursing facility within the hospital. Bill has been instrumental in facilitating men’s Christian growth in church and Christian men’s organizations. Married and has four children and seven grandchildren. He received a Degree in Business Administration from Fresno State and an MBA from Golden Gate University in San Francisco. Mr. Bogard recently moved from Orange County to the Valley to fulfil the vision of building several premier Congregate Living Facilities to serve the growing need in California
